As of March 2008, Toronto Central Sport and Social Club’s official charity is
Right to Play, an athlete-driven humanitarian organization that uses specially-designed sport and play programs to improve health, build life skills and foster peace for children and communities affected by war, poverty and disease. A portion of all TCSSC team registration fees will be donated to Right To Play in support of their important work.
With international headquarters in Toronto, Right To Play runs programs
in 23 countries across Africa, Asia and the Middle East, giving children in
the most disadvantaged areas of the world a reason to smile and hope for a
brighter future. Toronto Central Sport and Social Club will also be donating
used sports equipment to local youth through schools and community groups in
the Toronto area. Acting globally and locally at the same time…it’s a
